We are not a glacier guiding company, a tourism office or GetYourGuide: the site name describes the trips we write about.

Facts here are checked against official and primary sources (the Icelandic Met Office, Safetravel, the Icelandic Tourist Board, South Iceland's tourism office, Vatnajökull National Park) and the tour listings on GetYourGuide, including recent guest reviews.
